Lisa Neuberger-Fernandez leads a global team, cross-functional networks, and ecosystem partners to define strategic direction in areas such as Social Innovation, Skills to Succeed, #AI4GOOD, environmentally sustainable growth, and transparency on the company’s non-financial performance.
A social innovator, she has a track record of managing teams to launch social innovations such as a nonprofit consulting org (www.newsector.org) spun out of Accenture in 2001 and a patented Public Service Value ROI model that sparked a new consulting practice and internal think tank. She started working in sustainability in 2007 when she mobilized seventy-five volunteers to win first place in the Net Impact Green Challenge resulting in two new roles: US Eco Champion lead and Sustainability Business Development director for Communications & High Tech clients. She started her career as an Accenture strategy consultant with ten years of experience developing and implementing business strategies and performance management frameworks for clients across public, private and nonprofit sectors.
A thought leader, she regularly sponsors pioneering research on topics such as #DigitalAdoption,Scaling Digital Learning to Improve Workforce Outcomes, and Business at its Best: Driving Sustainable Value Creation. She co-authored New Era of Sustainability CEO Study and serves on advisory groups to LinkedIn for Good, Upwardly Global, REDF, and Save the Children. Lisa has direct public sector experience from working at the White House, the U.S. Senate, and the OECD and has graduate degrees from Wharton Business School and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
