Erica is a Program Analyst at the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), a DC government office focused on executing the Mayor’s economic development strategy.  At DMPED, Erica is responsible for supporting the implementation of the economic strategy development through communications outreach and research.  Prior to DMPED, Erica was an Analyst in the Securities & Finance division at NERA Economic Consulting.  Erica graduated from the George Washington University with bachelor degrees in Economics and International Affairs.  Erica was a Compass fellow and mentor (2010/11) and credits the Compass Fellowship with sparking her passion for entrepreneurship and social change.  Outside of work, Erica helps plan Startup Weekend events and enjoys listening to podcasts, hiking and playing board games.
